Deleting temporary files can free a lot of space and increase speed and performance of your PC.

1. Go to Group Policy Editor using RUN by pressing Windows button + R and typing  "gpedit.msc".  

2. Now navigate to  Computer/Configuration/Administrative/Templates/Windows Components/Terminal Services/Temporary Folder.
3. Then right click "Do Not Delete Temp Folder Upon Exit".
4. Go to properties and hit disable. Click "OK".

Done!!!! Now when you shut down your windows PC it will automatically delete the temporary files.
